About Boardroom Ready™
Board administration is a profession. It deserves professional tools.
Boardroom Ready™ was created for the Executive Assistants, governance coordinators, Board administrators, corporate secretaries and other professionals who keep governance moving behind the scenes.
Why it exists
Practical support for the person holding the process together
Most governance education is written for directors and senior leadership. Yet the person preparing agendas, assembling Board packages and recording decisions is often expected to learn the role alone.
That same person maintains governance records, follows up on actions and carries decisions into the next meeting cycle. Boardroom Ready exists to close that practical, role-specific gap.
Built for the work
Built from real governance administration
These are practitioner-built tools designed for use at a working desk, not theory left on a shelf. They support the recurring work that has to be accurate, organized and ready when the Board needs it.
- Meeting cycles and Board packages
- Minutes, motions and resolutions
- Action tracking and governance calendars
- Committees, onboarding and records

About the founder
A.C. Lynch, GPC Desig.
A.C. Lynch is a governance practitioner, author and founder with a background in legal and governance administration and public service. Her work has included supporting governance processes, records and sound administrative practice.
Boardroom Ready grew from seeing how much critical governance work rests with administrators, and how rarely they are given practical resources designed for the realities of their role.
