Refund & Cancellation Policy

Purchases are final. We do not provide voluntary returns, refunds, cancellations, credits or exchanges for:

• change of mind;
• scheduling conflicts or lack of time;
• a change of employer, role or board appointment;
• a change in reimbursement, funding or employer approval;
• not using or not accessing the product after it is released;
• technology issues on your side, including device, browser, network or email filtering problems; or
• disappointment based on personal expectations of the content.

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection law.

Consumer-protection law in your country or province may give you rights that cannot be waived by contract, including rights relating to products that are not delivered, are delivered late, or are not as described. This policy does not, and does not attempt to, remove or reduce those rights. Where this policy and a mandatory legal right conflict, the legal right applies.

This product is delivered immediately as a digital download once payment is verified. Because delivery is immediate and complete at the moment of purchase, no voluntary refunds are given after purchase.

If we fail to deliver the purchased digital product to you, contact us and we will either deliver it or refund it. This is in addition to any non-waivable statutory rights you have.

The handbook is sold as a pre-order. It becomes available on October 29, 2026. Your payment secures your pre-order; the handbook is not downloadable before that date, and we do not promise earlier delivery.

Voluntary refunds are not given for the reasons listed above. If we permanently cancel the handbook and do not deliver it to you, or a substantially comparable replacement, we will refund your purchase.

If the availability date changes, we will notify you at the email address used for your purchase. Any rights you have under consumer-protection law in respect of late or non-delivery continue to apply and are not affected by this policy.

The flagship program is sold as a pre-launch enrolment. Access is planned to begin on October 29, 2026. Your payment secures your place; program materials are not accessible before that date.

This is a professional-development program. It is not accredited, and it does not carry any third-party certification or designation.

Before paying, you are asked to confirm that you have read and agree to this policy and, for pre-order and pre-launch items, that you acknowledge the October 29, 2026 availability date. We record the date and time of that confirmation, the policy version, and the product purchased, so that both sides have a clear record of the terms that applied.

For any refund question, reply to the payment receipt you received for your purchase and include the product name and the date of purchase.
