Boardroom Ready sells digital professional-education products for board administrators, governance coordinators, executive assistants supporting boards, corporate and board secretaries, and other governance professionals. The reference guide is delivered immediately after payment. The handbook is a pre-order available from October 29, 2026. The flagship program is a pre-launch enrolment with access planned to begin on October 29, 2026.

All Boardroom Ready materials are educational resources. They are not legal advice and do not create a lawyer-client relationship. They are not a substitute for advice on your own circumstances. Boardroom Ready products are professional-development materials. They are not accredited, and they do not confer any third-party certification, designation or professional qualification.

When you buy a product you receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use it for your own professional work. You may not resell it, publish it, or distribute copies outside your organization. Organizations buying for a team should use the Organizations & Teams path so the licence matches the number of users.

Payments are processed by our payment provider. We never see or store your full card details. Prices are shown in Canadian dollars and your bank may apply its own conversion or fees. Your receipt comes from the payment provider.

We may update, improve or withdraw materials over time. If a release date changes, we notify buyers at the email address used for purchase. Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection law.

We take care to keep our materials accurate and current, but we do not guarantee any particular outcome, result or compliance position from using them. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
